All phone orders are assessed a per order processing fee. All tickets include a $2.50 facility fee.
There is an 8 ticket limit per household. Please note that we may cancel any ticket orders that exceed the published ticket limit.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. All programs, artists, dates, times and prices subject to change. A change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the home page of www.TheCenterPresents.org.
Everyone, including children of all ages, must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout a performance. We ask that adults use their good judgment in determining if a child may sit through a performance without disrupting other patrons.
Policy on Children: Children 4 and older are welcome to attend performances. All patrons must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Children of all ages are welcome at Family Shows with paid admission. Please also note that our Peanut Butter & Jam Concerts are created specifically for children of all ages. Choral Terrace seating is bench seating located behind the stage and provides an up close and personal view of the performance; these seats are behind the stage so sound is indirect.
Consumer Warning: Tickets obtained from sources other than the Center from the Performing Arts (our only authorized ticketing service) may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored. We will not refund tickets purchased from brokers or secondary ticket sellers.
The Palladium Box Office hours:
Monday - Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 12-4pm & 2 hours prior to performances;
Sunday open 2 hours prior to performances
Box Office is closed the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- MLK Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Fourth of July, Box Office will be closed on the Saturday of July 4th weekend unless there is a show in close proximity.
- Closed on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend
- The Day after Thanksgiving –open 10am-2pm
- Christmas Eve –open 10am-2pm
The Studio Theater/The Tarkington Box Office hours:
- On days of performance only: 1 hour prior to performances.
The Box Office will be open on Christmas Eve, and will be closed on Friday, December 25.
The Center for the Performing Arts box office is closed Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Students can receive discounted tickets for select seats to select performances. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Proper identification is required.
A military discount is available for select performances and is available at the box office upon proof of a military ID.

The Center Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and are redeemable for tickets to all performances presented by the Center for the Performing Arts. Center Gift Certificates are not valid for special events and Resident Company performances, including Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Civic Theatre.

Have Tickets, But Can't Attend?
If you are a subscriber and unable to use your tickets for a Center Presents performance consider exchanging them into another performance*, or returning them for a tax-deductible donation.
To exchange your tickets, please contact the Center's box office at least 48 hours prior to the performance start time. To donate your tickets, please contact the box office at least 1 week before the performance.
To exchange or donate your tickets:
