Perfect Harmony: Integrating Music into Daily Activities
A Workshop for Activity Directors and Caregivers
Thursday, September 14 | 10am -2pm
$10 charge includes materials

The science is in! Music provides numerous benefits to those living with Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. Singing and simple movements based on dance can be even more helpful to those in your care. Find out why and how. Join us for the day as Jennifer Whitlow, board certified music therapist, and Kathy Woods, a certified Ageless Grace® Educator/Trainer, present the science and share the benefits of integrating music and movement into daily activities. Participants will have the opportunity to work together to create enjoyable thematic song programs, resulting in shared lyric sheets and activity plans.

Participants should bring a sack lunch, pen, and paper. For more information, contact Cathy Burton, director of programs, at (317) 844-9454 or
